CHOOSE YOUR HOME PLAN

Meet with an Area Manager or Sales Associate who will help you find the right model that best fits your needs and wants.

LOT HOLD

Find the right lot in your community and begin the process with a lot hold. You are required to put a small refundable deposit which will hold your lot for a two week period.

MORTGAGE APPROVAL

While your lot is being held, you will receive the complimentary service from one of our mortgage specialists who will help you get pre-approved for your mortgage.

SPECIFICATIONS REVIEW

As you become pre-approved, the Area Manager will schedule an appointment to go over the whole house in detail with you and review what is standard and what is upgrade.

PRE-PLANNED OPTIONS, & PRICING

At this point, you shape the home exactly how you want, and have the ability to add pre-planned options or specific upgrades. Now your home gets priced out.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

After you have selected your lot, model, and pre-planned options, the Area Manager will go over the whole contact with you as you enter into the Purchase Agreement.

DESIGN PROCESS

After your purchase agreement and mortgage have been approved, you will review and sign-off the structural blueprints, and your home will get prepared for layouts and permits.

INTERIOR SELECTIONS

You make your interior selections along with the help of our expert Interior Designer to choose items such as flooring, appliances, kitchen cabinets, and lighting for your home.

CONSOLIDATION

After you finish your selections at our design centres, we compile all the selections you made, sign off and finish with one final consolidation contract.

CONSTRUCTION

The Site Supervisor will monitor your new home daily as it gets built. You can schedule appointments to view the progress of your home at different stages of construction.

MANAGERS WALK-THRU & ORIENTATION

Our Construction Manager carefully inspects your home before it is ready to be turned over. We then walk-thru your orientation going through each room with and give you the keys.

SERVICE

After you have taken possession of your new home, our service team will be ready to assist you should any issues arise in the coming weeks or months.
